A: From my research I concluded that networks weren't the full explanation for success, and digging further, the other elements became clear. The result is the Focus + Grit + Networks framework - it's a deceptively simple but powerful blueprint high-achieving women use to transform their career ambitions into reality.

This roadmap outlined in The Social Billionaire is built on the reality that none of these three elements is optimized in the absence of the other two; they are harmoniously intertwined to create a repeatable system for success.

• Focus is the foundation of the framework and consists of your specific Goals, the Opportunities you select for those goals, and the Values that guide your selection of opportunities. By understanding the outcomes you seek, you are positioning yourself powerfully to identify the right social connections and visibility choices required to move your goals forward.
• Grit serves as your fuel, encompassing your Mindset, your Time Allocation, and your Self-Care. It provides the stamina for the long-term "slog," the resilience to recover from inevitable setbacks, and the willpower to execute your goals even when obstacles arise.
• Networks act as the amplifier for your efforts. A high-achieving network strategy focuses on two critical layers: a curated Inner Circle of hand-picked, like-minded career confidants along with broad Information Flows that keep you in the know about industry trends, leads or opportunities.

This framework functions as a virtuous circle: your Focus directs your energy, your Grit provides the persistence to stay the course, and your Networks replenish your grit and energy, with the insights, access, and support needed to reach elite career outcomes.
